Trip Planner (the "Service") is a free, non-commercial trip-planning tool currently under active development. The functionality of the Service may change, be incomplete, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. A valid email address is required to use the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

3. Your data and content

The trip, place, and schedule data you create remains your property. The Operator uses this data solely to provide the Service to you, including displaying your trips, generating your schedule, and rendering your map.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge, without any warranty of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service. You are advised to verify critical travel information (flight times, opening hours, visa requirements) against official sources before relying on it.

The Operator may amend these terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
